Spigariello Liscia Greens (44 Days)
The Spigariello Liscia Greens produce large, broad leaves which can be harvested continually from spring through much of the summer. It is a small heading broccoli so eventually it will produce a tight little head. The flavor is sweet and satisfying. The Spigariello Liscia Greens will contribute to a whole seasons worth of salads, and is delicious in combination with arugula.

Germination: 3-7 days
Germination Temperature: Optimum soil temperatures 60-70ºF
Seed Sowing Depth: ¼ inch deep
Sowing Outdoors: Early spring through late summer and fall. For whole plants- Sow 1-2" apart, thin to 4-6" apart. For baby greens- sow heavy seeded rows, 30-40 seeds per foot.
Harvest: Start cutting leaves at 3-4".
Tips: Plant Spigariello Liscia Greens in fertile, well drained soil. Work in compost or well rotted manure into your soil before planting if needed. Provide adequate, even moisture for the best growth.
