Royal Ensign Convolvulus
Royal Ensign has beautiful 3-inch true-blue flowers with a white throat make this a great addition to the border. Sometimes called dwarf morning glories, Convolvulus don't form true vines but do spread a couple of feet. A garden favorite since the 1700s.
