Easy Wave Silver Petunia

Easy Wave means unbelievable performance! They are a non-stop flowering petunia, blooming freely all season long. Easy Wave Silver Petunia is a vigorous grower that offers a nice balance of mounding and spreading with exceptional uniformity. Quickly fills out mixed planters, hanging baskets, window boxes, and landscapes. Tolerates both heat and cooler conditions. By season's end, the vines are hanging more than 2 feet.

Germination: 10-21 days

Germination Temperature: Optimum soil temperatures are 70-80ºF.

Seed Planting Depth: Sow on the surface and press into the soil

Starting Indoors: Start indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Provide 70-80ºF soil temperature. Transplant after the last frost, 12-28" apart. Water seedlings regularly until established. 

Sowing Outdoors: We do not recommend starting petunia seeds outdoors

Uses: Flower beds, containers, hanging baskets, or window boxes 

Care: When grown in containers petunias need to be fertilized and watered regularly. This will keep the plants blooming all season long. During the heat of summer, they will need to be watered a few times a week. When growing petunias in the ground amend the soil with compost before planting.  Apply a liquid fertilizer every 1-2 weeks or use a time-release fertilizer at planting time.
