The Daikon Radish Sprouting Seed has a zesty radish flavor. It can be combined with alfalfa as the sprouting time is similar. Adds a bit of a bite to your salad or sprout mixture. (3-5 days)

PLANTING
Add 1 Tbsp of seeds to a jar and soak in water overnight. Drain the water off then rinse 2 times a day until harvest. Keep in a dark location with temperatures around 60-70ºF . Store in refrigerator
