Germination: 10-21 days
Germination Temperature: Optimum soil temperatures 75-85ºF.
Seed Sowing Depth: 1/4” deep
Starting Indoors: 4-6 weeks before last frost. Provide 75-85ºF soil temperatures. Sow 2-3 seeds per cell/pot, thin to the strongest seedling. Transplant out after last frost, 14-16" apart.
Sowing Outdoors: After last frost. Sow 1-2" apart, thin to 14-16" apart
Harvest: Young shoots and leaves. When plant reach 24" pinch back to promote branching
Tips: Plant Melokhiya Greens in fertile soil, amended with compost, mulch and provide even moisture.
