Komatsuna Mustard Spinach (52 Days)
The Komatsuna Mustard Spinach is the most bolt-resistant Asian brassica that we have encountered. We harvested leaves from the 3’ plants from June to October. Flavor is mild and sweet with just a touch of zesty pungency. Leaves can be used in salads, soups, stir-fries, sauces & with meats.
